Changes to our Telephone System

Based on the valuable feedback received from our patients, we have undertaken measures to enhance the patient contact experience at Riverside surgery. A state-of-the-art telephone system is being implemented to optimise accessibility for patients seeking to reach the surgery. This system will effectively prioritise incoming calls and, in the event of extended wait times, afford patients the option to request a callback. These improvements aim to foster seamless communication and further elevate the level of care we provide.
